Food Log


Breakfast - Crunchy oat something or other

Lunch - Toasted cheese and ham sandwich, 4x cocktail sausages, fruit bake bar, Brunch bar, crisps, 2 grapes

Dinner - Pork chop with salad

Dessert - 2x chocolate eclair

Snacks - Quarter of mince pie

Drinks - Insufficient water, tea
